  • Spacious, comfortable home in north Royal Oak. Located on a wide green leafy street, this single story home features two living areas, one king and two queen bedrooms, dining for 6, a ping pong and foosball table, a children's playroom, a garage, and a lovely patio and fully fenced yard. The kitchen is stocked and the linens are excellent.

    This home is 5 minutes from downtown Royal Oak and 5 minutes to I-75 and I-696.20 minutes to downtown Detroit.

Great location for our extended family weekend. The home is comfortable and nicely decorated. The exterior could use a little TLC, and I expect that will happen soon. Highly recommend this property.

Royal Treatment in Royal Oak

My family of 4 and dog had a great stay at this property. Jennifer was very helpful with the few issues we had and addressed the issues in a timely manner. The back yard was great for our little dog to explore. The kitchen had enough place settings and cabinet space to put pantry-type groceries. The only downfall of the kitchen to me was a lack of a blender/food processor but that feature isn't important to many guests. The tv in the master bedroom is really slow to respond to commands but that may be a factor of it's lack of proximity to the router. The TVs in the other bedrooms were never used. The beds are very comfortable and the furniture and decor of the house was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised! We have found very few rental properties that live up to the advertised appeal. This property certainly did. It was located in a very nice neighborhood, very clean, nicely decorated and the host was quick to respond to any questions and sincerely made an effort to see that our stay was comfortable. We would not hesitate to book this property again.
