I would never stay at this location again. The kitchen and cabinets look so worn out, scratched and damaged, the shower head sprayed outside of the shower flooding the floor so I had to place a wash cloth to stop that from happening. The tub wouldn’t drain, had nasty looking mold and the shower insert was so swollen and puffed out that it literally made it difficult to fit in the shower. Lastly. The sheets looked so old that they looked grayish instead of white and I had to kill roaches during my stay. Believe spend your money elsewhere and enjoy you stay instead of being disappointed that you booked a non refundable room like I did this time.

The place is a dump. I am positive our room was not cleaned before we occupied it. I found long black hairs in the pillows and the tub and the sheets looked as though they had already been slept in… It was so gross. When we set down the bath mat after a shower it had grimy footprints on it. We would left immediately but there was no other option in the area. We left super early because we couldn’t wait in to get out of there. Will NEVER stay there again… lesson learned

There is nothing about the property that I like other than, the woman at the front desk was very friendly. The rest of the place is a dump. Loud, dirty, very trashy.

1st room had old sheets still on bed. 2nd room the door connecting to room next to us wouldn't lock so we switched rooms again. The 3rd room water wouldn't drain out of the bathtub and the towels had dust on them. I wanted to leave but it was very late, and we just stuck it out. My wife and I will never stay there again.

No toilet paper. No coffee pot. Was told to use Kleenex for toilet paper. Breakfast was old dry muffin. Thorny bushes growing into sidewalk that was icy. I paid for 7 nights, used two nights, no refund at all. Expedia blames hotel. Hotel blames Expedia. Customer gets the shaft. Don’t use third party booking.

I have stayed at this property many times, this particular time it wasn't pleasant. The attendant when i checked in was extremely rude. When i got to the room the bathroom was extremely nasty. The sink and shower had hair and dirt. When i called the front desk i was told there were no other rooms and i could check out.

I didn’t appreciate the uncleanliness of my room. I was assigned room 206 to be exact, as I first walked in I could see the refrigerator was bent out of shape with brown marks on it. Behind the front door there was a whole in the wall. All the towels and I mean every single towel in the bathroom had little curly hairs all over them. Also in the bathroom in the cabinet underneath the sink contained a bunch of used wet stained wash rags. The remote for the tv was stinky and to top it off I had to ask for new bedding because the bedding that was on the bed when I first got there had yellow stains and once again contained those little black curly hairs. Overall I did not like my stay. The room I had was just absolutely disgusting.

There was nobody at the front desk to check in. I called the hotel and it rang and rang and nobody anwered so I sat in a chair and waited about 20 minutes until someone showed up. When i got to the room, there were cockroaches and it was so gross i just grabbed my bags and left.

The staff was friendly, but this place is a dump. The whole hotel reeked of marijuana, simple appliances like coffee makers are not in the rooms and need to be asked for, all surfaces and bathroom had a film on them and the shower was scummy. Our room was not clean. The pull out bed had not been cleaned in god knows how long. The tub had enamel worn off the tub and just looked gross. The hallway smelled of smoke. The property in general was run down. Advertised "free breakfast" is prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal. I wouldnt stay here again nor would I reccomend to any of my friends or parents of kids visiting. That said, the staff was extremely friendly and super helpful.

Don’t stay here!
We waited a long time in the lobby to check in. There wasn’t any staff around. Once checked in and got to our room, it was very dirty. Food on the floor, hair all over. I’m pretty sure the sheets weren’t changed. Don’t recommend staying here!

Hair everywhere!
Lots of hair on the floors. I had to wear socks everywhere in the room but then the hair was all over my socks. One lamp by the bed had the bulb and wires hanging below the shade. The vent in the bathroom was caked in dust. Also loud late at night with people opening and closing the door to outside which was right near my room. The bed was too firm and uncomfortable.

Swim Meet Stay
We were in Auburn Hills for one night for my son to attend a swim meet at Oakland University. The room was completely run down. Nothing like the pictures. When we arrived the lobby was full of boxes from a recent delivery and staff were actively unpacking them in the lobby. When we got to our room, it was clear that passing through the halls this is a place where people who are in between housing are staying. Not primarily vacationing or business clients. The cabinetry was broken, there were no kitchen supplies, and the tub had been painted and was now peeling in many places (pics). There was also a thick layer of dust on surfaces not often touched (lamps, etc). Thinking we would make the best of our one night stay, we asked for a bowl and spoon so my son could eat before his competition (we had brought some food). They gave us a trash bag full of kitchen supplies (pic). This was disconcerting. As we considered the fact my son needed good rest this one night, we changed our plans. We ended up a a HIlton property about 10 miles away. It's disappointing that a property so close to OU was in such poor condition. We won't attempt to stay at an Extended Stay property again.

Arrived 9pm and first was told that there are no rooms, then the front desk lady said she will check one room. Then she showed me the room saying it may not be in a good condition because of the smell (I guess pet odors?) I went into the room with her and agreed that it was not acceptable, bad smell. No other rooms available, had to leave and book the other hotel at much higher price. They still charged me for one night stay even after they promised Expedia rep to refund. In process of disupting the charge via the bank. I called them the next day, and Expedia rep called as well. I don't get how a business can be run like this.
