Our family had an amazing stay. The house was exactly what our family of 5 needed for our vacation. It was clean and cozy and plenty of space for us to be comfortable.

Fun place to stay

We had a good experience and the house was at a great location. The basement was a nice touch with plenty for my kids to do. The property was very clean and we enjoyed the stay.

Very Comfortable

My family and i felt very comfortable in the home and the neighborhood. We had a wonderful time and the Property manager was very nice and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic place

House was fantastic, and so was the location! The host(s) made themselves available, but we didn’t really need them. -Basement was lots of fun with pool, air hockey, and even a vintage video game. Number of bathrooms was great, as we had a few different groups of family sharing. All groups of family expressed enthusiastic approval and would stay here again. I will say, it seemed a bit strict with some of the language and rules, and no doubt they are being sensitive to neighbors, etc…but if you’re apt to be considerate of neighbors and another’s home, then this home will be a great fit.

Will be staying here again! Great location and kids loved the game room! We had 4 kids under 10 with us and they can’t wait to come back. Easy to speak with the property manager and house was as described!

Clean place with three bathrooms, and plenty of room to move around. Lots of games in the basement, which was cool. Beds were comfortable and Good AC. Sadly, the welcome email was sent only an hour before we arrived while we were driving. Unclear communication about how to use the passcode, which garbage cans to use, where to park in the shared parking, and a sign in the unit with the wrong Wi-Fi password. Good coffee machine, but no toaster. Pretty pricey for what we actually got. Not a great value overall.

Family reunion trip

This house was perfect for a family stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable beds, plenty of quality linens, and nicely stocked kitchen. The game room was a huge hit. Check in & check out process was very easy. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommended this property and will stay again if our travels bring us back to the area!

Great place to stay on our family trip

Travelled here for our nieces wedding with the grandmother of the bride and 5 young adult kids. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and we really enjoyed having a large enough space for all of us to hang out and watch some football games before the wedding. The basement was full of fun activities- ping pong, pool table, air hockey, old school arcade games, and even a popcorn machine. Wish we had more time to visit the local parks and shops in this really nice neighborhood. Check in and out went smoothly and communication was great with the host. Would highly recommend this place.

KIDS LOVED IT & WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY AGAIN

The house was excellent. Very clean & accurate listing. The basement game room was a huge hit. There is a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, & table arcade system with about 60 classic video games such as Pac Man, Space Invaders, Frogger, Dig Dug. The pool table was in great shape. The cue sticks need a little TLC or replacement. No issue with ping pong or arcade table. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. One suggestion is provide some laundry supplies. Most guests will only do one load and it is hard to run out to buy a single serving of soap. Spending $15 to have a large communal jug available would be a nice touch. On the main floor, the kitchen was nice & spacious. A few suggestions would be to have a bottle of Windex or some type of cleaner for the counter and table, and a roll of foil for cooking. Also, there was no baking sheet although there were other pots and pans to use on the stove. Living room was large & TV was streaming ready. All three bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were super comfy & the black out drapes did their job. It is a duplex. The neighbors or their guests were taking advantage of Michigan's recreational cannabis laws so if the smell bothers you be warned. We could smell it several times when upstairs near the exhaust fan but it went away pretty quickly. It was noticeable at times, however, during our 3 night stay. Parking was fine for 2 vehicles. The owners kept in constant contact and answered the question we had.
