It's about what you would expect for a cheap hotel. Though moderately dirty, the room was fine. The bed was pretty comfy and my room came with a sofa and was fairly spacious, so that was a nice surprise. I woke up a few times in the night due to loud noise from the other guests. Some of the others staying/working there had a bit of that Detroit sketchiness to them. As someone who lives in a non-sketchy place, I got to feel a bit cultured by the people in this way. I’ll summarize the experience this way: your girlfriend/wife will probably see this place as rundown, but for a single guy like me who isn't picky, it was fine. Also, fast food nearby, good access to main road taking you in and out of town.

Was very disappointed with the room. Room was dirty, shower dirty, and the toilet. The fridge had sticky stuff in it. Bed had dirt all over the sheets. If I could of booked another motel I would of but I unfortunately couldn't afford it.

Room had a musty smell, rug was sticky and needed to be shampooed - there must’ve been a lot of pet dander in the room because my sinuses were stuffed up. Neighbors were up all night and I was not able to get any sleep. Other neighbors came into parking lot at 8:30 with music blaring.

Was ok if you don’t mind all the people that live there bothering you! Was given a hard time for parking in front of my room because the “resident” next door (who was not there) was handicapped and needed the extra room. (Now I understand that but the room I picked was no where near a handicapped spot and had the man who needed space asked I wouldn’t have been irritated but it was his resident neighbor who came out and started complaining!) I needed a place for a night and this place felt more like a section living not a fast night stay
