A clean room and basic customer service are the bare minimum expectations for any accommodation. This location failed on both fronts. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

I want to start by saying that I understand you get what you pay for. The staff was 100% great, super helpful, and kind. The cons... no in room coffee makers, there was mold on the bathroom walls, the walls are paper thin so it sounds like your neighbors are IN your room, and there were clear signs of water damage along the hallway walls and ceilings. Also, I think i saw some people ... living there? It was all around just an odd experience. I think with a little TLC this could be a nice place to stay. A layer of Killz paint would go along way.

Amazing hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. The owner was also amazing. He gave us free cold water! And was very hospitable towards our family and grandmother who is an elderly 86 year old woman! The breakfast and pool area was also very hygienic, clean, warm and amazing! Definitely recommend, it’s a must come with your family!

The room was clean enough and well designed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The major problem was the clientele. The extreme partying in the parking lot and the all night in and out of the back door was not conducive for a good night's sleep. I would not advise anyone to stay there.
