Close enough to everything including free transportation, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!!

Ann Arbor weekend away

Adorable 2 bedroom property in No End perfectly situated 10 minutes drive from downtown, and Belle Isle. Convenient to shopping with supermarket 2 blocks away. We cooked breakfast each morning and dinner the first night without any issues for pots, utensils and dishes. Property was extremely clean. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice

Place was exactly as stated in the listing. Very clean with all the amenities. Less than a 10 minute drive to all the detroit arenas. Neighborhood was very nice. Bathroom and kitchen had everything you need for an extended stay. Only drawback was you can hear the neighbors in the upstairs apartment very easily.

My partner and I spent a week in this lovely rental. It was extremely clean and neat and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was particularly helpful and the beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in.The owner is very attentive to communications and helped us several times with quick response times.The one negative aspect of the unit that older travelers need to consider is the fact that the two bedrooms are upstairs while the (nice) bathroom is downstairs and that the staircase is steep with narrow steps. My husband is 78 and had to be extra careful while navigating the staircase in the middle of the night. It's still doable but guests just need to be mindful when walking down the steps.The location was great: easy on/off to freeway, 10 minutes drive to convention center. Plenty of free parking out front and in the back of the property which is in a residential neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Detroit.

Great communication

I really appreciated how prompt the communication was throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, just a mile away from the dance studio we were training at. Also close enough to enjoy downtown Detroit. Thank you for everything.

Easy access to city - very clean!

We will definitely stay here again! Very clean and spacious. It’s on the outskirts of town but with Uber you have easy access to the city and can be downtown within minutes. I had to contact the property manager for a question about parking and a question about air conditioning. He responded immediately with answers to both questions.

Cute apartment

Convenient location to Little Caesars Arena, which is why we traveled to Detroit. Small hiccup with check in process, but after a call to the property manager, it was quickly and easily resolved (problem with Vrbo, not Obia). I felt like the neighborhood was fine, I did not think it was loud nor did I feel unsafe. The building is very secure, with lots of outdoor lighting and cameras. I spent much of Saturday evening on the swing in the backyard reading. I will be back for another concert in August, and hope to book this property again.

It was okay but had old smell and very dusty

Poor communication with the property owner was very condescending about smallest inconvenience. House was very dusty and smelled older. Had an old smell to it found tree bugs coming in. They need to repair the windows but overall it was OK for the price, but you will have to clean up yourself also left license in home owner did not want to return it to me

Overall, this property was a good value property. The location was convenient to everywhere we had to go for a family wedding weekend. The beds were comfy, internet was strong, and neighborhood felt safe, all which matched the description. The outdoor swing was a nice touch, as was the in-unit laundry. Some room for improvement would be: a deeper clean, the floors were sticky and dirty, the bedroom rug I stained in had massive stains and the TV remote had all sorts of gunk in it. It also took a learning curve to manage entering/leaving the premises in aged construction, so I’d recommend to put a user manual in the place. Also not having a bathroom upstairs adjacent to the bedrooms was very inconvenient. Also not to anyone’s fault, the neighborhood was noisy, church bells, dogs barking, and a loud tree service company on a Saturday morning all disrupted our tranquility. I give this stay a 3/5 overall, docking 1 star for cleanliness and 1 star for noise levels. I’d recommend this property to friends and family and anyone looking for a good value stay in Detroit.

Gute Unterkunft, gute Lage, super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr geräumiges, stylishes Haus für 4 Personen. Betten, Küche, Bad sehr sauber, der Fußboden sollte aber wirklich nach jeder Belegung gewischt werden... dann ist es perfekt!
