Property is not what it seems like on the pictures. Hallway carpet is stained, my room wasn’t the cleanest stains on the AC, the lady at the front desk with the scarf has a dry personality and act like she doesn’t want to help. It’s a $100 cash deposit, that’s not stated during me doing my reservation and it’s a $8 charge cause it’s on airport property. Overall it wasn’t worth the stay to me

Very basic hotel that is definitely showing wear. It was fine for emergency lodging after a cancelled flight, but don’t expect much. The shuttle to the airport was reliable and convenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean, just starting to show its age. It’s important to note that while it offers a shuttle to the airport, parking fees are not built in to the cost and are not mentioned in the listing as additional fees. Also, the shuttle only ran every hour on the hour in the morning to get to the airport - this led us to booking an Uber so we weren’t at the airport for an unnecessary length of time (and allowed more sleep at 3:30am). The staff at the front desk was kind and informative about it all. Apologized for the lack of info up front and gave other options to consider. This is information I would have preferred to know in advance to help determine where to stay.

Check in was smooth and the guy at the desk was helpful. Checkout was not. When I went to the desk to let them know about our room no one was at the front desk. Somehow a fuse had popped in our room which turned the AC off as well as the lights in the bathroom. I had to shower with no lights and the room was warm after a while of no A/C. Disappointing because I like the Quality inn but this was not a great experience.

Nothing, the front desk staff are horrible, they don't know what mean customer service is, they are rule, the room is not clean properly, the bathtub wasn't clean properly the towels one of them had mold, the room wasn't clean properly trash every were, microwave without plate, only 3 skirt hangers, I been working on housekeeping for over almost 30, the blanket with big, huge stain, and oh my God the hallway carpet full of stain, I wish that I can send the video, that I took it to the hallway, That hotel should be on demolition and get better ,professional and know how to inspect. Sorry but that hotel is suck. nasty, dirty, and the breakfast toaster never been clean need to go to the garbage and put another one.

La habitación y las sábanas muy sucias todo apestaba a cigarrillo, pedí que me cambiaran de habitación por alergia de mi hija, me atendieron súper mal, la otra habitación que me dieron apestaba a húmedo y el baño estaba asqueroso, muy mal ambiente y mala atención. Deberían preocuparse por el mantenimiento y mejorar lo básico!
