The first room had a busted shower and broken ac. The lock on the door looked liked it was kicked in. I requested a new room. This 2nd room had a used condom and a douche container in the bathroom. The deadbolt on the door was stuck so the room couldn't be secured. I ended up leaving and not staying. Lost money but the room wasnt clean or safe.

The sink kept backing up, dresser was missing hardware to the drawers, ac didnt work well at all. The pictures of the hotel are not what you get! A refund would be great but please quit posting pictures of rooms when they do not look like that at all!

Very disappointed! The dresser was missing a drawer the chair was all ripped up, some of the lights weren’t working. The towels were stained and old, the tv had a line going up and down, there was no garbage can and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and it seen better days. It looked like there was damaged to it and all they did was paint over it. Speaking of the bathroom we seen a cockroach when we turned the light on.

Filed under you get what you pay for, but, unswept floors and 3 roaches spotted in under the first hour spelled less than an hour stay. Was cordial and asked for refund. Was told until they were paid by Hotels.com I would not get refund. Hotels.com tried multiple times to engage with them to no avail. Lesson learned.

Absolutely horrendous.
We entered the room, smelled a strong pee smell, saw several stains on the blankets, lots of dirt and dust on every piece of furniture, toilet paper stuck on the floor under the sink, and we left. Yep, we thought staying there overnight would have been a threat to our life and our health. Extremely unhygienic, unsanitary and unsafe.

Friendly staff but won't be back
The good: staff was friendly, it was cheap and served our basic needs. The bad: the room was badly in need of a proper cleaning. It was super grimy behind the faucet at the sink. The inside of the trash can (below the bag) was revolting. Not sure they'd even vacuumed the carpeted areas in a while (though the smooth floor areas looked pretty clean). They don't keep up on repairs either - the dresser was missing a drawer, the door was damaged, et cetera. No coffee provided in the lobby despite the listing saying there is (there was a coffee dispenser machine but no actual coffee during the posted hours). Also the grassy areas were heavily strewn with dog poop. I love dogs and always travel with mine, but it was hard to get them out without ending up with shoes covered in feces. This is more on the guests than on the hotel, but is nevertheless one of the reasons I would not stay there again.

Do not book this place
DO NOT STAY HERE! There were no drawers in the room so we could not It put them up, had to get our own towels and take out the trash ourselves. No housekeeping. No supplies. The smoke alarm kept going off and there was no one to make it stop until the next day. The managers/owners are rarely there. No maintenance people on premises. It took three tries to get towels going to two different house keepers to get it. The tv was broken on the side. All you see is lines on the right side of the tv screen. The tub had a strip of some type of covering on it to avoid cleaning it. Complaints are met with disdain by staff. Avoid ROOM 153 at this dump. Nothing good in there
