Overall it was a fine stay for a couple of nights. The location was convenient and not more than a 25 minute walk to Comerica Park. The staff were friendly and the room was a good enough size! Free parking was huge.

The staff was awesome, super helpful, and friendly. The common/breakfast area was very nice and clean. The bedroom was extremely run-down and in need of renovations. The room was dirty in a lot of areas, but the bed and bathroom were very clean. Considering price, it was not a terrible experience.

We couldn’t stay at this hotel. Dirty, disgusting, trash on the corridors, stains on the bed, mold and cigarette smell in the rooms. We checked out immediately. The hotel refused to refund our money and the $50 deposit was not returned. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

The room seemed like it had been awhile since it was cleaned properly. We found barrets and other things on the ground. The shower walls still had hair on them. There was space between the walls and air conditioner showing the outside. The waffles at breakfast were really good though

The property was affordable, clean enough, and had coffee and breakfast snacks. A lot of parking. Close to a lovely park. The staff was really nice and very accommodating. I will never stay here again. The rooms have no sound insulation; it's loud all through the night. It does not feel safe. The cleanliness was just okay enough not to check out. It is not centrally located downtown.

I don’t write many reviews, but this wasn’t a great option. Over breakfast the owner/manager was getting after cleaning staff in front of everyone about how they have been flipping the sheets on beds instead of putting fresh sheets… the room was pretty run down and dirty, the doors and walls are thin so you hear everything.
