Lock into the building was broken, so literally anyone could just walk into the building, so very unsafe. In our first room the water didn’t work in the kitchen or the shower. They gave us another room, which had a smoke detector that wouldn’t stop chirping. We asked them to fix it, and they do. Nothing for 4 hours, then when new staff came on shift they just switched our room again. This last room had a toilet that was broken, missing light fixtures, no tv remote, and a broken oven. We also had people on speakerphone phone calls in the hallway well after midnight and the entire building smelled like weed. Staff doesn’t care at all and the rooms are a mess. Will NEVER stay with this chain again.

I will say the staff was polite and friendly when we arrived. We were offered two separate rooms since the room we originally booked was not available. This was not a problem as we still had enough beds for everyone. The concern here is the rooms were filthy. We were going to use the sleeper sofa in each of the rooms. However, both had stains on the mattress, crumbs and trash under the cushions and the mattresses when we pulled them out. There was mold all over the edge of the tub in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom had smudges of who knows what on it. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed. To top it off the rooms had a smell to them. Kind of like that smell when the room used to be a smoking room and the hotel tried to clean/cover it up. You dont have to offer me a breakfast, I don't need a gym, I dont need a pool. I do need to feel as though where my family is sleeping is clean. That is a basic necessity of anyone staying at a hotel these days. Two stars just because the staff was pleasant.

The overall standard of the hotel was unacceptably low. Most notably, ongoing construction required us to relocate rooms during our stay, causing significant inconvenience. The situation was uncomfortable enough that we considered checking out early. Furthermore, breakfast service was not provided.Some staff members were courteous, while others were quite unfriendly.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel! I normally don’t complain but I have to today! Upon entry the receptionist was rude, went to my room and the hallway was dirty, smelly and I felt unsafe. The entire hallway was littered with trash. My key didn’t work so I went back to front desk and he gave me another room with an even bigger attitude ! It was filthy! Food in fridge, beer case in kitchen, parties next door till 1am, both bed tables were dirty, hair all over the ceiling in the bathroom. I got no sleep on one of the biggest mornings of my life. Extremely disappointed!

The place was filthy with mess on the carpets, dirt on the walls, and stuff smeared on the doors. The baseboards have fallen off the walls and never been replaced or redecorated. There were no services offered during our entire stay. The reception area was cramped and dark, with a tiny "Enter" sign marking it in the parking lot. The security of the place is terrible. There is meant to be a two-door system with key cards required at both doors. However, each day of our stay, there was a block propping open the main door so that anyone could enter the building. This meant the only protection during our stay was the suite door, which clearly hadn't been replaced in a long time and had a very basic lock. The doors are not slow-closing doors, and the walls are thin, which means that you can hear every time a door is closed throughout the day and night. Inside the suite, there was expired food in the cupboards and dirty carpets. Again, the baseboards were missing in the bathroom, and there were hairs in the drains. There was no shampoo or conditioner supplied in the shower, and only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the suite. The room description stated it had a queen-size bed, but it was only a little bigger than a single bed. The outlets beside the bed buzzed if anything was plugged in. At night, there were overwhelming smells from very pungent dinners being prepared and music being blasted. The only positives were that the heat worked well and the suite was a good size.

room had dirty countertops. one knife. no cups glasses plates. shampoo conditioner body wash containers were empty and moldy. couch was filthy. four burnt lout lightbulbs. no water pressure. various things in need of repair, outer door was kept unlocked to very dark parking lot. lot light was broken. the printer in 'business area' was no working to print boarding pass. nite manager was awesome. as was afternoon mngr. nuff said.

The suite was very nice and clean. The cable was a bit glitchy but that’s nitpicking. I did have an issue with both my keys constantly demagnetizing though. Had to go to the front desk because I was locked out at least 11/12 times. But the lady at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. In fact all the staff was friendly, courteous and talkative. Will be returning next year.
