Welcome to our stunning and recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath abode that comfortably sleeps 3-6 guests. Whether you are here on business or looking to unwind for the weekend and enjoy the sites and attractions of downtown Detroit with friends and family, look no further! We’ve got you! The property offers on-site parking with a large driveway that can easily accommodate 3 cars. Enjoy the fenced-in large private yard with back porch, pergola and fire pit for entertaining. Drop a game or 2 of badminton on the backyard court while you’re at it!

This gem is located in the North End area of Detroit, just minutes from the Q-line and downtown with its eclectic mix of restaurants and bars. You are within a stone’s throw from the iconic Fox Theatre, The Fisher Music Center, the famous Whitney mansion and the DIA.

Centrally located cozy and clean home. Listing was exactly what the home was. I’d say it’s perfect for family or a friend trip. If you have mobility issues, though, be aware that bathrooms are not on main floor.

House has everything you’d need. Plenty of towels, toiletries, pots, pans, free coffee, etc. 2 bedrooms use mobile air conditioning/heating units. Obviously makes vent noise, but I enjoy the airplane white noise. Owners flood you with good useful information. Where the house sits, street is extremely quiet and barely any traffic. Overall it’s a solid place.

Spectacular Property

Everything was better than described! The place was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect. We were downtown in less than ten minutes easily. Also, the surrounding area was nice, and we found a couple of coffee shops nearby to chill and unwind. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Detroit.

The property was nice. Description and photos were accurate. The dishes required handwashing as some of them were put away but dirty upon our arrival. Luckily dish soap waa provided.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful property! Our host was very quick to message us back, too. The house has been completely renovated and the back yard was a great hangout spot. We were mins from downtown where we attend an MLB game and concert. Perfect location for us

Home Away From Home

My family needed a home to accommodate us in Detroit while there for my sisters homegoing. This newly renovated house is a gem in a neighborhood undergoing revitalization in Detroit. However, there is only one television which is located in the living room, none in any of the three bedrooms upstairs or the basement "man cave"! The air conditioning doesn't unfortunately reach the upstairs bedrooms. My son noted the vents on the main floor were closed to supposedly push the air upstairs without success (so we assumed the hosts are aware of this problem). My grandson slept in the basement and my son went to his sisters' apartment as the heat was unbearable. My daughter remained with me since I'm seventy-eight and the stairs were a challenge. The temperatures in Detroit during that week ranged from high 80's to low 90's! To be fair the host continually communicated that if there was anything she could do to make our stay comfortable, just let her know; however, we were there for a funeral and not living in the house all day. The pictures shown are exactly how the property looks! We only looked at the backyard and its beautiful (just like the pics)! After arriving back in Savannah, it's taken me awhile to respond to the survey and i wanted to be honest. The property is beautiful after being renovated, however, if families want to relax and remain indoors some days, a television in the basement, or even in one of the bedrooms upstairs would help. The upstairs bathroom and shower (Kohler) were awesome! The Keurig was great and plenty of condiments. Good luck to the Hosts and I'm only sharing my honest opinion in good faith. Regards, Carol
