"Room last time never got attended to and this time only once. TV is like my computer screen. I have to sit at the end of the bed to even watch it. TV’s don’t cost nothing and since this place is always booked, that’s the least upgrade you can do. I don’t even mind that it’s dated. #341 needs help. #305 was great besides no attention."

"One-of-a-kind lodging. Industrial location with very noisy rail line nearby. First floor marketplace is a treat and the free 6oz beer was fun. Decor in the room and overall is unique and extraordinary. If you need a lot of staff attention know that the check-in desk is the bartender and staff leaves the building at 10PM. Definitely worth a visit to check it out and I will stay there again next time I am in town overnight."

"What started out as a very nice “luxury” hotel in Fargo, The Jasper has declined significantly. Other than a very uncomfortable bed, we had no complaints about the room itself. However, we found the common areas in the front desk and lounge areas to be dirty and unkept. Table tops uncleaned, grimy floors, dirty windows, etc. Service at the bar and in the lounge areas was terrible. Workers in worn and dirty black t-shirts do not project a luxury vibe. Even so that could be overlooked if the staff was more interested in serving customers than they were in visiting with each other. Just an overall disappointing experience, especially when paying a premium hotel price. "

"The Beachfront Haven is the place to stay! I travel a lot for my career and I am at hotels for long periods. This place feels like home and the scenery around the place is beautiful! The staff is so friendly and I will definitely stay here on all my future trips. "
