“The cabin has everything we needed, good WiFi and comfortable furniture and beds, and a good shower. The fish were biting like crazy off the dock. We caught well over 100 during our stay — nice crappies, largemouth bass and rock bass. Great bar/restaurants nearby, including the Long Bridge and Bleacher’s. Both had live music! We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay here again! We also stayed 2 years ago over the 4th of July, and it worked great for our family! Our 3 and 5 year old love the “beach” and sand play! We really enjoyed the use of the kayaks and stand up paddle board! I love that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was available. We also really enjoyed the back deck for dinner with the lake view. The property manager was very nice and quick to respond to any inquiries. We had a nice time!”

“We wanted a quick getaway from the city and we were interested in seeing the troll sculptures around the Detroit Lakes area. This spot gave us the perfect homebase for a family of 3 for a 3 night stay. And our little dog enjoyed getting to come along. The farm landscape is beautiful, and feels private even with the main house just down the drive. The alpacas do keep an eye on you but that is definitely part of the charm and they were fun to interact with. ”
