This unique holiday home in southern Burgenland combines tradition and modern comfort. The inviting veranda with cosy seating area, the modern kitchen and the living room with wood-burning stove create a cosy atmosphere for you. You will find peace and relaxation in the modern bedroom and bathroom. A special highlight is the wine cellar in the basement, ideal for your private wine tasting. End the day on the terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy the view over the rolling vineyards.



The surroundings of Deutsch Schützen entice you with a variety of experiences. The rolling hills are ideal for hiking and cycling tours through the picturesque countryside, past vineyards and charming wineries that invite you to sample their wines. Nature lovers can enjoy the unspoilt landscape, while those interested in culture can explore the nearby historical sites. The Burg natural bathing paradise offers refreshment on hot days, while the thermal spas in Stegersbach and Bad Tatzmannsdorf offer relaxation and wellness at the highest level. For a varied day out, Oberwart attracts visitors with its diverse shopping facilities and cafés. Erholung puuuuur!

Wunderschön neu renoviertes Kellerstöckl in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Weinberge am besten mit dem Fahrrad erkunden! Allergiker sollen vorsichtig sein, da gleich vorm Kellerstöckl Obstbäume stehen und im Spätsommer und Herbst sehr viele Wespen vorm Haus sind.
