So Helpful Treebo Managemet Area Manager

I must express my gratitude and sincere appreciation to Mr Anil Kumar, Area Manager (or Regional/Zonal Manager) of the Treebo hotel chain for his help. I was had problems booking hotels online on my onward journey. At the payment page the webpage kept freezing. A hotel staff told me that a Treebo Area Manager would is here, and may be he can help.had come to inspect this hotel property. I accidentally met the Area Manager ((Anil) in the breakfast area and explained my problem. He did his own magic and sent the payment links of the next two cities I was to visit. I could pay all got sorted out. Not just this, Anil asked me that the next morning he had a scheduled inspection at the same location where I was going to and he offered me to come with him on his motorcycle. The problem was my 30 lb suitcase, so I declined the 3 hour motorcycle ride from Anachal to Kumily. Nevertheless, Anil took me with my heavy suitcase on his motorcycle to the local Anachal bus stand from where I could two/three segments of buses to my destination. But once we got to the bus stop, he looked at the suitcase and the motorcycle and said we we could secure the suitcase with rope in the back and can go. He went to a hardware store, bought the rope, and tied the suitcase in he very rear of his big motorcycle. Off we went, and on the way he inspected another Treebo property which gave me a nice break. He finally dropped me of to my destination. He even declined my lunch offer. Thanks Anil. Hotel good.
