“Lovely clean, comfortable house. Stunning views. Well located for local places of interest. Hosts provided a welcome cream tea, prosecco and chocolates. The DVD player remote was missing and hosts provided a replacement player within a day. The whole experience was delightful.”

“We booked as a group of friends wanting a relaxing weekend. The house was perfect for us, 6 large bedrooms all en-suite, games room and well equipped kitchen. We were greeted with a beautiful freshly made cake and bottle of fizz. Only 5 minutes drive to Tesco. The hosts were extremely helpful We couldn’t asked for more, perfect for families or groups of friends. I even got a cuddle with one of the hosts cats We walked to the local pub and can Also recommend a walk along Tiverton canal ”

“The property benefits from a fantastic view across Brixham harbour which bustles all day. I personally loved watching the comings and goings from the large upper deck with a coffee or glass of wine.As has been said on many other reviews, the property is laid out over 4 floors and the stairs are quite steep. So if you have mobility problems it may be challenging to reach upper bedrooms. There are however twin and double bedrooms on the ground floor which should help mitigate the impact of too……
