The bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the heart of the home, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, large island bench with four bar stools, and a dining table seating six. The living room includes a large TV, a comfortable leather sofa, and plenty of natural light.

Three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms feature crisp white bedding and warm earthy accents. The bathroom includes a full-size bathtub, while the separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Outside, enjoy a private courtyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.

A car is recommended for exploring Devonport and the surrounding region. The property includes a private garage with convenient internal access.

The property also provides a convenient base for day trips throughout North West Tasmania.



Guest Access



Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse during their stay.



House Rules



Respect the peace: Keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am.

No smoking indoors: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Respect the neighbours: Please be considerate of our neighbours and the quiet residential area.

No parties or events: Parties and events are not permitted.

BBQ: Please clean the BBQ after use and make sure it is turned off.

Parking: The garage adjoining Unit 2 is the designated parking space. Street parking is also available, and you may park in front of the garage as long as access is not blocked.
