「We arrived on Friday afternoon and the communication with the host was excellent with the directions. This place truly is a gem and the host was exceptionally kind. She took the time to greet us and was such a pleasant person. We loved the quiet and serene surrounding yet we were close enough for shopping, sight seeing and activities we had planned. 「This property is a gem!There were very few options to rent in the area but when I saw this on the VRBO site, it was an easy decision!The pictures were accurate.The rooms were well appointed, all rooms were clean and modern.The area is very accessible to restaurants, walkable and an easy stroll to Main street.I would stay in this house again and would recommend to friends and family.」

We enjoyed the firepit several nights and the smores bar was a special treat. The home is walkable to Bemus Point restaurants and shops.
