"This 2-level apartment is simply incredible, it was even better than the pictures, and it had all the appliances one might need. The host Olga, was so great about answering all our questions even before our stay started. We had a slight hiccup with the washing machine, so Olga was kind enough to send our laundry to an outside vendor and have it ready for us the same day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ourence or any neighboring city. Thanks...

"From the time you book, Jose tje host is exceptional at answering any questions in a timely fashion. He was also great with links and recommendations during your stay. The property is modern and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located on a relatively quiet street, but only a 4 min walk to the cathedral, pubs, restaurants and shopping. "

"The host was very responsive and met us in person to check us in and show us the apartment. It is very roomy and comfortable. While there is no true kitchen, Inmaculada has provided a small fridge, microwave and portable oven so we had all we needed. The location is very convenient to restaurants and garage parking. The only downside is that it gets quite loud at night due to a nearby bar having late hours, and that is the reason for the 4 star rating. Everything else was perfect for us."

"The overall stay was enjoyable. I would have like to seen someone or the host in person. The host always got back to me quickly if i had a question about the apartment. The neighborhood was close to stores and to Santiago. There were no extra upon arrival, like a bottle of water. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay."
