The stay was decent overall. The room was clean and the staff were friendly enough, though nothing really stood out. The location is convenient with some shops nearby, but the breakfast was pretty average. It’s a fine place if you just need a spot to sleep.

This small but very nice hotel in the center of Dhaka Dhanmondi is very good value; I would recommend it to everybody who does not need to stay in a five-star hotel.

Location of the hotel is very good with all the major shopping centers and restaurants are nearby. Coplimentary breakfast is good, but would be better it could be provided earlier. AC was not working due to faulty plug. Overall the Customer service is good.

Stay away from this scammer

Old bedsheet with bedbug, noisy old A/C, noisy environment and worst breakfast. I didn't get the room that I booked. Waste of money. Rubbish.

Room is OK but tea maker was dirty (not cleaned). Most of the outlet is over sized and some of them did not work. They should better bleach the towels. Room size is OK there are lot of things they can improve to get better rating.

Hemsk!

Detta hotell var en mardröm! Allt var sliten och personalen var absolut inte den trevligaste. Det är dag/natt skilnad om man går efter bilder.

Its a best service apartment i stayed in Bangladesh Dhaka, its meets the 3* same as europe and UK standards. Its very nice apartment, very clean, well organised and love the design and decor. Iove it. Staff were very helpful, secure place to stay. Very nice continental breakfast. I will definitely stay there again and i would recommend to anyone to stay at this apartment.

Great for families and group travelers.

Great for a family. Very spacious, had a living and bedroom. The customer service is excellent. We arrived very early and they allowed us to check in. This is not a 5 star hotel so you cannot expect that kind of quality but for the price I dont think you'll find a better deal.
