Bedsheets, blankets were dirty with stains on them and they gave us dirty towels which was ripped out from side.

Was very excited to stay at the property due to it's history and heritage. It has a lovely courtyard and is decorated nicely throughout. The messages from the owner before and during stay were a nice tough - I do wish the same kind of conversation and care could have flowed from reception staff though. ...
