「Amazing hospitality lovely staff」

「The Lodge felt like it could be a great place, but couldn't be bothered. Most staff seemed bored, and not actively involved in managing the place. The description of this place sounds wonderful and passionate! It felt, at best forlorn and neglected. Did something go wrong here? 」

「A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. 「Staff was not cooperative at all. I don't know why but they don't allow food to be served in room. We had our 1 year old baby and was asking if you can or we can take the dinner in room because outside it was very cold but strangely denied the request.
