Established in 1932, restored in 2024, Oija Farms stands as a testament to timeless elegance and sustainability. Crafted with natural materials such as wood, rocks, and mud, this architectural marvel blends seamlessly into its surroundings. The stone plank roof provides exceptional insulation, maintaining a comfortable inner temperature throughout the seasons.

The earth-plastered walls, made with a mixture of mud, cow dung, and husk, breathe naturally, purifying the air and creating a healthy living space. This valley view villa, nestled in the lap of the majestic mountains, offers an unparalleled experience. As you gaze out at the breathtaking vistas, you'll feel a deep connection to nature's splendor.
