“Worst resort experience ever. This property is nowhere near a 5-star resort and doesn’t even deserve a star. Very bad food, extremely unhygienic conditions, and painfully slow service. The most shocking part is the open lift, which feels extremely dangerous and unsafe, especially for families and children. The caretaker was unprofessional, and completely indifferent to guest concerns. Overall, a terrible and highly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.”
