「Amazing and courteous staff as well as the rooms are great」

「The hotel was clean and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is great for heading into the city and quiet enough to escape the city centre. Only issue I will raise is some of the plugs in the room did not work despite raising this with housekeeping. Despite this I would stay here again. 」

「The stay was amazing and the hotel staff were just awesome and went our of their way to help us. Especially making an effort to understand our sons allergies to nuts. They made us a lovely cake for breakfast on the day of departure.」

「Solid hotel in Amritsar, safe and secure. Good room with comfortable beds. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Short tuk-tuk ride to the Golden Temple - we befriended Deep and his team of drivers outside the hotel and they got us safely to everywhere we wanted including restaurants and the airport. I would recommend them highly. Good, solid hotel that won’t disappoint 」

「Located about 15 mins by Autorickshaw from.the old town and the Golden Trmplyhis is a jood base for exploring Amritsar. Before arrival i called and arranged a car to pick my brother and I up at Amritsar railway station. The driver had our coach and seat details and found us at our seats! The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Especially the young lady on reception and the restaurant staff. Breakfast had a great choice of foods and was good. We had dinner in the restaurant a few...

「They thing was perfect.....the only suggestion i could make is that the room could provide small packets of butter biscuits to compliment the otherwise fantastic service....well done 」

「Quite(er) location on upscale mall road, mid way from station and golden temple. Normal rooms are large sized compared to all new hotels, well maintained with wheelchair space. Highly recommended for family. Only downside lawn partly converted to parking. 」

「Clean hotel with a perfect location for a Golden Temple visit. Staff is very cordial, special mention of Mr. Sanjay at the front desk. We talked to the temple bare foot as it is so close to the hotel and all the shops and restaurants are right outside. 」

「Very rude behavior, no smiling on staffs face at all,room like small box can't walk in the room,even not one window for natural light.I won't stay in this hotel again.:(. 」

「Staff and everyone was great. Unfortunately the journey from airport to hotel was rough. When we called the number listed on the confirmation email, they were not able to assist us in directions to the hotel. They should be more prepared to welcome guests and help them get to the hotel safely. Staff were friendly and the server for breakfast upstairs was really nice. The breakfast included was delicious. 」
