“The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for my daughter and I with a great kitchen and the added bonus of supplies in the pantry. We added a few nonperishables to the collection for future guests. Close enough to the beach that you could hear the waves even though you couldn't see them ”

“My family and I (myself, parents, sister, two teenage children) stayed here for four days and absolutely loved the property. The penthouse is very spacious, so everyone could have their own space if needed, but also enough living and dining space for everyone to gather. Rosie and Geoff were fabulous hosts. “We had the most amazing time at the Clarendon Forest Retreat. We stayed in the Sanctuary house. The peace and quiet, sitting looking over the hills in the afternoon, and relaxing in the hot tub was so what we needed.
Also, one of the highlights was when we were in the local corner shop, we were sharing with the lady at the cash register that we were staying at the Clarendon Forest Retreat and the gentleman behind us was the builder of the house!
We highly recommend this place! ”

“Great Location, our teenage kids enjoyed sunrises, sunsets and shell collecting into the night at low tide. One Mile beach has a great cafe and super friendly staff. David the owner who lives in the top villa was on hand swiftly to fixed up a little mix up with our booking. A few things that would of made our stay a little more comfortable would be blinds on the windows in the loungeroom/kitchen. Very glarey and had to wear our sunnies inside and couldn't watch the tv, read phones etc.Missing……

“Just a 2 min walk to the beach was just perfect. The veiws fron the upstairs balcony was just magic.Pet friendly was an added vonus with a doggie door in the laundry which was very convenient. My mum enjoyed the views from her bedroom and cant wait to rebook the property for our next stay.”
