"the staff are super nice and helpful. We joined a local tour via the hotel but the experience was not that good, as the guide came 35 minutes earlier than the booking time, and that we were toured to a silk shop for an hour. The hotel did collect our feedback and reverted to the agency.
The spa and the breakfast are wonderful as well. Yet the pool condition can be improved. In conclusion, the hotel is good value for money. "
