「Very remote, if you’re looking for peace and nature this is the place. Host were more than considerate by leaving bare essentials food and snacks for the family. Ive never had that anywhere else. They were easy to contact and replied almost instantly everytime. The lodge has a great setup and just so remote nobody wanted to leave. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Will be staying again if im in the area. Very highly recommend.」

「I chose this property because of its proximity to the Mark Twain National Forest. The cabins are quaint and nestled together on a lit wooded path that's really relaxing to walk. Each cabin has a porch to sit on and enjoy the tranquility. My cabin, #5, had a small microwave, fridge, two chairs and a table. The bathroom had a full-sized tub shower. The AC worked great. 「I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have stayed in many hotels and motels across North America and in other countries and had no issues at this location and I can be quite picky. The building is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. They have pet-friendly rooms with ample amount of outdoor space for dogs to run around. The breakfast bar and coffee were a nice extra feature.」
