“This was my second stay here and the staff made the stay perfect. They were, pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and so accommodating. The room floors could do with a scrub as well as washing and tidying up the curtains. Other than that everything else was perfect. Washroom facilities were spot on but shower floor corners need a clean. What we took away...the beautiful staff. They are your best assets there. Then comes the views. Thank you Emma and Team”

“2年前就經過這個飯店，當時就想以後要來住，後來Hotel訂房網站上隨便找的，沒想到一到達才發現是我2年前想住的飯店，最棒的是，你可以一整天都待在飯店裡不用出門，因為飯店裡設施應有盡有，且老少咸宜，有小型高爾夫球場.孩童遊戲區.大人視聽娛樂區.XBOX三台等等，以及飯店內設有一家餐廳和酒吧。飯店著名的還有一間SPA中心，服務品質很好，算是在南非數一數二。選定好SPA療程後，會進去蒸氣室20分中，服務很周到，還提供茶水以補充蒸氣室流失的水分，接著才會帶入SPA房間。”

“Very comfortable suite and facilities--honesty bar, library, sun room, patio, pool. Delightful breakfast and dinner cuisine included. Genuine farm-country hospitality. Set in a magnificently scenic South African Natural Heritage site. Varied activities are available--we did a challenging 4x4 trail, a hiking trail, and a game drive among the biggest herds I have set eyes on.”

“The below booking did not take place at Rosenhof Country Lodge. At number 99 we had to find alternative accommodation as Alta Steffens, who works at Rosenhof confirmed that they do not deal with your company Expedia/Hotels, in the past a booking was done through Expedia which they never got paid for. This she told me when she phoned to confirm our booking. In a message later she then said, they do not deal with Expedia/Hotels.com at all. I booked and paid, R 900 per night for 2 people. Who’s……

“SO charming! Even better than it looks in the pictures. Really enjoyed our stay here with our little one -- she loved the flowers and the animals, and the suite we stayed in had a fantastic covered porch. Would definitely go back for a longer stay.”
