Large and very bright apartment located on the third and last floor of a small building. Reserved parking in the courtyard of the building.

ATTENTION: July & August, rental of 3 consecutive days minimum.

For a holiday rental to discover the beautiful city of Dijon or for a short business trip, we will be there to welcome you.

Located in a building of the 1970s, the cottage of 70 m² accepts up to 6 people.

It consists of an entrance / hallway with cupboards.
This entry serves a kitchen open to a room of 25 m² adjoining a terrace of 70m ² without vis-à-vis.
A separate toilet is also accessible through this entrance.
In the room, a door serves a bathroom and 2 rooms with 1 bed 140 for one and a bed 160 for the other.
A possibility of sleeping is offered on the sofa bed (2 people).
A baby cot is available on request.

Bed linen on request (€ 12.00 per bed); optional cleaning for 60. 00 €

Animals not accepted.

Large area at 100 m (Intermarché). 2 bus lines serve the city center of Dijon and the faculties. Near the prison district.

Nous avons été agréablement surprises d'avoir une place de parking. L'appartement est grand et propre. Mais le vrai plus est la grande terrasse qui en fait le tour. Le séjour a été très agréable.

Terraces were very large and perfect for the warm weather. The flat was large and comfortable. The front door to the building was glass and it was smashed. It was propped open when we arrived but was closed and locked with the smashed glass for the rest of the time. Unfortunately, we were not given a key to the front door and had to rely on luck and the neighbours to let us in. Also, we were told we had to pay 15 Euros for sheets. Not sure how they expected us to bring sheets from Canada! I would suggest it be included in the price. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Nous sommes arrivés à Dijon l'esprit tranquille, le propriétaire est adorable, très professionnel, et prends soin des vacanciers. Les explications sont claires et cela permet de se diriger et de passer un bon séjour dans cet appartement de rêve. Une terrasse fil tout le long de l'appartement. Un pépite, un bijou merci encore nous avons de beaux souvenirs en tête.

One stayed 1 night as passing through, apartment was clean, spacious and a 20 minute walk to the centre of Dijon. No aircon and when we were there it was very, very hot, there was one fan in the main livening area but the bedrooms could have had a fan too. The listing states 3 bedrooms however it was a 2 bed apartment with sofa bed in the lounge.

Tout est conforme à la description, à savoir : 4 ème étage sans ascenseur, passage de trains, (ce qui ne nous à pas gêné). Chauffage central bruyant pour les chambres (sûrement mal purgé), toilettes dans l'entrée donc loin des chambres, pas de placards, uniquement une armoire dans une chambre. Aussi non, super accueil, propre nickel, pas de soucis de parking.

Appartement très sympa avec une belle et grande terrasse au dernier étage de l'immeuble. Très calme. Transports en commun à 1 minute à pied pour se rendre dans le centre de Dijon (maximum 10 minutes de trajet en fonction de la circulation). Propriétaires très sympathique.

Nice, modern apartment located within a 20 minute walk of Dijon centre. Apartment has all the required facilities and outside a nice terrace ideal for al fresco eating. Off street parking which very helpful. Nathalie was very quick replying and answering any questions we had both during and after the booking. The only negative was the proximity of the train tracks which could at times be very noisy.
