「They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?」

「We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. 「我们订的酒店房间比较大，室外有各种秋色小景，附近还有一个小湖，户外景色美丽，我们订的房间共4层，共有多个洗手间，厨房各种炊具齐全，客厅也不小，房间干净卫生，温暖舒适，缺点是酒店太大，我们晚上到达开着车转了二、三圈才找到我们的房间，次日check-out时也是找了一段时间才回到前台。」
