Get away from it all at this Dillon Valley condo offering jaw-dropping mountain views from the private balcony, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This home is ideal for a family or group of friends. Guests will enjoy access to a number of great shared amenities including a clubhouse with an indoor pool, Ping-Pong, air hockey, and a pool table. Outdoors, there are also sports courts and a playground for the kids.

Travel through Summit County with comfort and ease via the free Summit Stage bus stop located within walking distance. Sit on the deck at Pug Ryan;s Brewery and soak up the views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Take advantage of the five ski areas within 10 miles of this home, and when you're not up on the slopes, you can do a little Nordic skiing, go snow tubing, or rent a fat tire bike! Come summer, there's no shortage of hiking and biking trails within the area, or you can rent a pontoon for afternoons on the water.

Room was clean. Nice big bedrooms and two bathrooms was a plus. The place is definitely dated but we stayed for the price and the location. It was less than 30 minutes to Copper Mountain and to Breckenridge. It was plenty warm in there and easy to regulate the heat by opening windows. We got there around 10:00 PM so we had to get the keys from a lock box in the main building not at the unit so there was confusion for us at first. One key is used to get into a shared hallway and a second key is used to get into the unit itself. The hot tub and pool were very nice. They are not attached to the unit so you need to walk outside to get there but it was well worth it after a day of skiing. If you are looking just for a place to stay for a reasonable price, this is place may work well for you. If you are looking for a modern place and you are intending to stay in the unit all day, you may want to consider a different place.

COCKROACHES Unwashed sheets and towels (stranger's hair everywhere on them) No deadbolt for safety and privacy Broken heater- stuck on extra hot 😭 One of the showers did not drain Incomplete kitchen set Trash in the complex already when we arrived. I don't mind out dated furniture, but I did mind obviously stained and uncleaned furniture! The cloth stools appear moldy. Crazy dirtiest place I've been in so long!

This place is a dump. The pictures show nice furniture apparently it was staged because the sofa had 2 cushions both torn and or sliced not a 3 cushion couch as pictured. The lazy boy was do stained you could not tell if it was as pictured Outlet covers were broke paneling and walls tore up and gouge. The sliding glass for latch is broke and not secure It had a curtain rod to secure the sliding door and the heat did not cut off. Called vacasa and vrbo about the sliding door not locking and heat mot shutting off. A ticket was supposed generated but nothing fixed and no help offered. Renter beware this place is not safe with the current lock. Also no deadbolt on main door so maybe no lock on the sliding door is not a concern to them.

We were told at 12:16 PM that our unit was ready for early check‑in, so we left early. The check‑in setup was confusing—an outdoor bar covered in lockboxes, ours marked with green tape. The keys inside didn’t work, and the second “green box” Vacasa(VRBO’s management company)told us to try was empty. We spent over two hours calling support, stopping by the clubhouse (no help), and even driving to an empty Vacasa office before they finally reached the cleaners, who had the correct keys.Inside was worse. The place smelled musty, several windows and the back slider wouldn’t close or lock, the door security latch was broken, and one smoke detector was missing. We saw cockroaches, the sofa was torn, the showerhead broken, and there were only two spoons and no regular drinking cups. Several chairs were broken, and the layout requires going through two front doors, which made carrying luggage a hassle. This property felt unsafe, dirty, and neglected—VRBO/Vacasa needs to inspect and repair it immediately

This place is an absolute DUMP!

I didn't expect Hyatt quality but but place is SHABBY. 70's furnitues with stains on the large chair, both cushions on the large sleeper couch sliced clear through,the springs on the matress held together with a piece of cord, 2 broken chairs, no working locks on either window or patio door screen fell off the 1st time I opened it, one tub drained so slowly you both got an ankle deep bath and a shower. Front door lock so cheap it could have been opened with a screw driver, kitchen counter had two big chunks missing off the counter top, a cabinet handle fell off first time opened, toaster and overhead light to stove didn't work. Missing screen on bedroom window, wood doors and trim have scratches on almost every surface, metal exposed bed frames look like they came out of a prison, broken shelf in refrigerator. To their credit, I will say we got a partial refund from Vacasa so at least they were standing behind their properties. DON'T BELIEVE THOSE PRETTY PHOTOS. This ia undoubtedly the worst property I've ever rented. Cleaning crew had done an excellent job - although it was like putting lipstick on a pig!

A poorly maintained property

This property needs a LOT of TLC. To be simply outdated but in proper order is one thing, however...-The thermostat doesn't work, it must have been 90 degrees when we checked in. -There's no screens on the windows. -Baseboards are falling off. -Electric baseboard heaters are missing covers, wires are exposed and some are hanging off the wall. -The patio door doesn't close properly or lock, they used a curtain rod to wedge the door closed...-The drawers are de-laminating. -Wifi and TV's don't work, not a big deal but don't advertise them if they're not in working order. -The hallway of the building smells terrible but the unit itself did not. -There was no indication during check-in that the lock box was located at the community building, multiple buildings away. It took us a while to find it. At least list the address of that building and mention it's in a lockbox bank at the rear of the building. The one positive is the water pressure is amazing!

Hardly worth staying at

These condo were built in the 1970's and this unit while having some updates is tired and need of renewal. First the good: hot water, good knife selection, cutting boards, microwave/toaster/toaster oven available, lots of towels and toiletries, hair dryer supplied, sheets were clean, TV works, dressers to use, access to common condo game rm and pool. The not so good. (1)Dated (2) only one thermostat for ENTIRE condo that was a mystery as to how it regulated temps in the remote bedrooms (it didn't do it well), the front bedroom was frigid and had a super thin bedspread. (3) One bathtub/Shower had no tub stopper (open drain hole) and backed up while in use (it did drain slowly and completely, eventually) (4) no fire/smoke alarms in bedrooms (code violation?) (5) Power for living rm TV used a power strip and extension code coiled up behind a chair (fire hazard) (6) Slider door to 2nd story deck has a broken lock (7a) Front door was not square to the frame and was hard to close without just slamming it shut (7b) Front door outside trim was fractured and loose exposing the locking bolt to anyone to force open (8) Coffee maker was there but no Carafe, so useless (9) No tea kettle (as shown in the walk around, 360) (10) Total of 1 drinking glass in cabinet

Great place for price

Place was exactly as presented online and extremely fairly priced given in was the holiday week. Pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Just wanted a later check out time than 10am. Other than that all was good and management easy to reach.

Overall, very adequate. The check-in process with the 3 long bars with 100+ lock boxes hung in no particular order was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. The heat ran high ALL THE TIME. A maintenance guy came and claimed to have fixed it ...but this was not true. I had to open the windows most of the time to cool things down. The thermostat must be broken. Bad water leak occurred under the kitchen sink. Not good for the flooring. Looked like this has happened before. Could be MOLD issues. Ground floor access was EXCELLENT for loading and unloading. Drinking glasses could use some TLC.
