Great family ski stay

This condo was the perfect place for a family on a ski trip - plenty of space, great views and easy access to Keystone and Breckenridge! We had a terrific time!

Ski Vacation

Had a fabulous stay! The breathtaking view from the condo in any room was unbelievable! Condo well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms.. Had a fabulous ski trip and easy access to Keystone and Breckinridge. Overlooking Dillon Lake and the Mts in the hot tub was the best after skiing! It is a tough climb up two flights of stairs but view worth it!

Incredible view

This was a fantastic place with great views. Very spacious for 6 adults. We played pool, table tennis and used the hot tub. Everything was fantastic and i would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay / great views!

Amazing place to stay, master bedroom gorgeous and the views are unbeatable. The ONLY negative would be that there is about 3 flights of stairs, and the other bed rooms won't get warmer than 68-69 degrees. Still giving it 5 stars!

Wonderful views, amazing stay

We were originally supposed to visit with my husband and parents but my parents ended up not coming on the trip so it was only the 2 of us. We had a wonderful time and did not want to come home. The views were amazing and it made it hard for us to leave on our hikes everyday. We hope the condo is free next year too so we can continue booking it. It is the only place we have ever stayed at that made us not want to leave. Amenities were great and the service was superb.

Family Vacation

We stayed here in September, so I do not know about skiing. This condo is located in a great location. Very close to activities and towns with fun things to do. It has great views, and after a day of sightseeing, relaxing in the hot tub was a plus. We didn't know about the shower repair until we arrived, however, this did not interrupt our vacation. It is important to know that there are many levels of stairs to navigate, so be prepared, but he views were worth every step!

Gorgeous views

We loved our stay! The views were incredible! Had so much fun with pool table as it stormed every afternoon/evening so it gave us all some fun while we watched the storms! There were a few small usurps but it didn’t affects our stay. Also make sure you are ready for the stairs as noted! Carrying everything in and out and just the hike up the stairs daily was a lot if you weren’t expecting it especially.

25th Wedding Anniversary trip

The view from the property is outstanding! Windows everywhere and a huge wrap around balcony - as well as two additional small balconies to enjoy Lake Dillon and the mountains. Very peaceful property - just exactly what we were hoping for. The upper level game room was a fun bonus to an already spacious condo. We had a few minor issues when we arrived, but after contacting Mat the issues were quickly and promptly taken care of. Make sure when booking this property that you can handle the stairs to the 3rd level! No elevator as stated in the description. Close to everything - yet set apart from the busy areas of the towns nearby. Very pleased with this property.

Keystone Vacation

Lovely, spacious condo with an incredible view. The air conditioning was a welcome amenity, especially after lugging groceries and luggage up the stairs! The location is great being so close to neighboring towns, restaurants, hikes and lots to do! My only nitpick is that the pillows were flat and could stand to be replaced, otherwise 10/10 and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property!

Fantastic location to ski all Summit County resorts and you can’t beat the view! More than enough room for our family of 4. Property manager was very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful view, but some issues

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo with a beautiful view, however we had a few issues not solved by host communication. I requested and paid for early check in, however cleaner and hot tub guy were still there when we arrived (an hour after we were told we could enter). I sent a message regarding a carbon monoxide detector that was going off and a question about how the coffee pot works on our first full day, and the host did not reply for two days (and did not address either problem). The hot tub cover is incredibly heavy to lift and replace in the ice (no cover lift rack so requires two strong adults) and is directly under a lip off the roof, meaning melting snow slides directly on top of you if you choose to bathe in the afternoon. The master bed creaks and the washing machine reeks of mildew. These issues did not keep us from enjoying the unit, but I wish host communication could have been more timely, helpful, or at least sympathetic. On the positive side, there was so much space and there were an incredible four full bathrooms. The pool table was also fun.

Fantastic property with exquisite views

We cannot say enough good things about the property. The check-in process was extremely easy, the unit was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the views were spectacular. The central location gave us perfect access to Breckenridge and Frisco with great shopping and dining. We loved ending our day in the private hot tub loverlookinng the mountains. We highly recommend the property!

Great space if you do not mind the climb

The unit was really nice, very modern, great appliances, awesome views and lots of room. The challenge was climbing all the stairs. There are two flights of stairs and a long walk way just to get you to the door of the first level. Then you have to climb 4 more flights to get to the 3rd floor. So you are not running back to the car for anything that is not absolutely critical at that moment.

Absolutely LOVE this Condo!

We have stayed at Dillon Ridge A3 twice now and have loved every minute! With the only down fall being the steps to get to the top, the views and condo make up for it in many ways. Our family really enjoy the area and come back every year. Can not wait for the next trip back!
