“Très bel hôtel avec superbe vue sur l’océan. Superbe piscine bien entretenue. Grandes villas qui demandent à être rénovées. Le wifi marche au restaurant mais pas dans les chambres. Environnement dans la forêt avec pleins de singes,tortues et autres animaux . Personnel très sympathique et accueilant . Mention spéciale pour Mohamed et Angela au restaurant. Bravo aux chefs cuisiniers qui cuisinent de superbes repas. Merci au Manager Philémon pour son accueil et aide. ”

“We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. Its in a good location, and right on the beach making it easy to explore the local attractions, take boat trips and visit the nearby village. The staff were all really helpful, attentive and friendly. The pool and grounds are well maintained and the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. The delicious food was fresh, locally sourced and plentiful - we sampled it all. We particularly enjoyed the floating breakfast on our last morning. Entertainment……

“Séjour en famille. Maman solo qui voyage avec deux enfants. L’hôtel est bien situé en bord de mer avec une piscine. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours… comme les coupures d’électricité fréquentes. Vous êtes proche de tout. Le personnel est très agréable et pro.”

“Absolutely beautiful place to spend 5 days. Utterly clean, great food, cold drinks, very very cheap, free kayaks and paddle boards, good shower, friendly dogs, interesting wildlife, really friendly staff, loads of interesting places to sit and lay down in the communal area, can walk quite far out into the Indian ocean when the tide is out and it faces west so the view of the sun setting each evening is spectacular. I'll give it a 14 out of 10!!! ”

“I can’t recommend Clove Island highly enough. The setting is stunning, right on a super quiet beach and so relaxing and zen. The design of the apartments is gorgeous, so much attention to detail, it felt like a serene beach house. The staff are all amazing, the manager really took time to make sure everyone enjoyed their stay, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous, and the rooms are immaculate - as well as the pool area. The location is probably not for……

“We spent 5 days of our honeymoon here and it was great! Staff was exceptional, every single one of them. It was the first time we had all inclusive and was a bit worried in terms of the food but we had nothing to worry about because it was so much variation and it was all good. Entertainment was great as well and the activities offered throughout the day. I say this with all respect, and that is that we feel like when a large resort like this is in a very local area, it should take……

“arrived in the middle of the night after an error with a reservation at a different property. Manager met us with freshly squeezed juice and was very kind and thoughtful. Small hotel with large, very clean and comfortable rooms. Would be great for families. Great value for money!”
