It is a beautiful old apartment from the 1920s/30s freshly renovated that we are offering you for your holidays in Dinard. Designed to accommodate 5 people, its privileged location in the town centre, 400m from the magnificent Écluse beach, makes it a rare and highly sought-after property. Once you have parked your car, you will be able to do practically everything on foot.



Located on the 1st floor with no lift, the apartment's charm takes effect as soon as you step through the door. The main room has a double reception area. On one side, there is the dining room with its beautiful wooden table and 1950s sideboard; on the other, a cosy lounge with armchairs and sofa blending modern comfort and retro charm, as well as a television. A pleasant, somewhat bohemian atmosphere emanates from this living room with fireplace (non-functional) and its large windows.



The independent kitchen, completely renovated, has retained its lovely period tiling, the style of which is of great interest today. You will find numerous appliances there, such as an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are at your disposal.



The bathroom comprises a large shower, a sink and a toilet. In the sleeping area, the first bedroom offers a Queen size bed (160/200), the second has a bunk bed, a single bed and a trundle bed that can serve as additional sleeping accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine is also available in the rental.

The accommodation does not have parking, but street parking is free.
