- Residence "L'Anse", 4 storeys. In the centre of Dinard, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the sea. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 80 m, supermarket 350 m, shopping centre 3.5 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, bakery 70 m, café 80 m, pedestrian zone 150 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop "Le Gallic" 180 m, railway station "SNCF Saint Malo" 10 km, ferry "Gare maritime du Naye" 11.3 km, sandy beach "L'Ecluse" 250 m, park "Port Breton" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 550 m, indoor swimming pool, thermal baths "Thalasso Dinard" 2.5 km. Sports harbour 550 m, golf course (18 hole) 10.6 km, surf school 150 m, sailing school 550 m, tennis 2.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1.5 km, minigolf 1.7 km, riding stable 2.9 km, sports centre 1.8 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small balcony, south facing position. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Vacances de la Toussaint
L’appartement est très bien situé dans l’hyper Centre de Dinard. Il est conforme au descriptif. Seul bémol, l’insonorisation entre les appartements, c’est dommage !

Grand appartement clair
La communication s'est très mal passée jusqu'à l'arrivée. 15 emails répetifs et inutiles sans avoir l'adresse ni le numéro de téléphone de l'agence où retirer les clefs. Beaucoup de vaisselle sale à relaver avant de l'utiliser et sac poubelle abandonné dans les parties communes. Le boîtier portable 4G pour internet est limité à 2G par jour et a un débit insuffisant. Heureusement l'équipe sur place est serviable et aimable. Bref si ces points sont corrigés, ce sera parfait.

Appartement tres bien situé , en revanche le menage pas au top, appartement tres haut au 3 eme etage , peut etre mieux le precisé dans l’annonce.

Super emplacement
Emplacement au coeur des commerces et aux pieds de la plage. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux, petit bémol sur la déco.

grand appartement spacieux au bord de la mer
Ce bel appartement est très bien placé dans une rue commerçante, très proche de la plus grande plage de Dinard. Les lits sont excellents, l'appartement très agréable avec une vue sur la mer. Malheureusement l'immeuble est ancien et les appartements ne sont pas insonorisés ! il faut marcher doucement. La cuisine est un peu petite.

A éviter si on veut du calme
Bel appartement, bien situé, agence accueillante... MAIS des murs et des plafonds en papier, voisins (à l'année) désagréables, beaucoup de bruit dans la rue, pas d'ascenseur. Stress et fatigue garantis.
