Bel appartement très bien placé et top avec les enfants

Les enfants ont apprécié les BD, appart à 2 pas de la mer, des restos, des boutiques et du bateau pour St Malo. Place de parking devant la residence mais non attitrée. Belle deco et tout ce qu il faut pour passer un bon moment. Personne faisant l accuei très serviable.

Appartement agréable à 2 pas de la plage de l’ecluse (route à traverser et piscine municipale à contourner). Centre à 2 pas également, top! Photos conformes à l’appartement. Propriétaire et gérante super flexible pour l’arrivée et le départ (merci beaucoup). Les seuls bémols : oreillers à changer (raplapla), 2 chaises à ajouter, un vrai four.

Appartement dans une résidence magnifique et très bien situé sur la plage de l’Ecluse. Tout se fait à pied c’est l’ideal. Nous sommes venus avec nos 3 enfants et la propriétaire avait mis à disposition des jeux, coloriages... Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés l’appartement est parfait et très joli.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce superbe appartement bien équipé et très bien décoré. Un de ses gros point fort est également son emplacement : juste une rue à traverser et on est à la plage ! Tout est accessible à pied : commerces, vedette pour st Malo etc.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis zur schönen Badebucht von Dinard waren es nur 50 m. Die Lage war so zentral, dass die Geschäfte und Restaurants von Dinard problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Ein sehr guter Standort für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Saint Malo, St.- Mont Michel, Cap Frehel etc.. Alles äußerst sehenswert!

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. Très bien aménagé et équipé. On se sent tout de suite chez soi. L’emplacement est top ; on peut-être tout faire à pied, et dès qu’on sort de la propriété, on tombe nez à nez avec ... la mer !

Superbe !

L'emplacement est absolument idéal. On traverse la rue et on est sur la plage de l'écluse. Tout proche de la halle du très beau marché et à deux pas de l'embarcadère pour Saint Malo. L'appartement est très joliment décoré, il y a de la place et suffisamment de rangements, les literies sont bonnes, le linge de lit de qualité. Il est très bien équipé (vaisselle, cafetière, machine à laver, sèche linge, lave vaisselle...) et on a accès au jardin pour étendre les serviettes de plage. Possibilité de se garer dans la cour, s'il y a de la place : appréciable à Dinard !!! Le petit hic sont les toilettes , comme la salle de bain, attenantes à une chambre. Et il faudrait aussi penser au wifi. Mais nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Si nous revenons à Dinard, nous aurons plaisir à louer cet appartement.

Emplacement top et appart super

Appartement très bien placé au centre ville et à côté de la plage principale ! L'aménagement est parfait pour 4 ou 6 personnes, les meubles sont neufs ainsi que l'électroménager. Déco actuelle comme sur les photos. Accueil parfait, on recommande !
