- Ultra-bright accommodation overlooking the water with a beautiful sea view. It is surrounded by a park. It is located in Dinard and therefore right next to the Corsair town of St Malo.
Ideal to get to the village of the Route du Rhum in 15 minutes and to the start of the race on November 1st.
This is an accommodation with an outdoor courtyard, an open kitchen and a living room. In the entrance you will find the toilet. In addition, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. And there is a small bedroom with a single bed. This is an atypical apartment that looks like a house since it is on the first floor but without a floor above. There are two floors under the apartment. Access to the nearest beach visible from the accommodation takes 2 minutes. The apartment is in the middle of a park.
