“Room and hotel were in need of some investment.”

“The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not……

“DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN with this review! I never write a bad review But this, THIS WAS UNSPEAKABLE EVENTS!! I am pretty sure the pics that are on the site for advertising are from a completely different hotel all together ok. Nothing, NOTHING that was included in my booking was even an option when i got there. 1 On street vicinity parking: if you consider 12 bocks away in the vicinity. 2 once you got to the hotel you had to turn around and walk back to a different hotel to check in 3.……

“Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!”

“Key room doest work wasted almost 3 hours with long journey. No sufficient staff. Looked like there is only 1 person for all needs. Just a hype to look old and characteristic hotel. I have been to many such celebrated hotel older then this and it is well maintained and have caring staff to take care of hotel.”

“The brakfast and dinner was amazing, more than 5 stars. The huge parc was amazing too. The house with the sea view is perfect. The service was incredible good. The only thing I complain about is that the rooms and bathroom need to be renovated in his right old furniture style.”

“Lovely boutique style rooms in a gorgeous location with a terrific restaurant and bar on site. I’m so glad we stayed here. It was a perfect start to our visit to Scotland. Beautiful views over the water from the front porch of the hotel. Plenty of available parking. And a bus stop across the road from the hotel if you don’t want to drive. Beds were very comfortable. Blackout curtains genuinely darkened the room. Bathroom was very clean and well appointed. Huge fluffy towels. We would definitely……

“床與洗手間都清潔，唯獨企缸去水處有些慢，熱水時熱時轉冷，2人床只得一張單人椅，另一人要企或坐床，希望這些能改善，大致上都尚好”
