The Glen Mhor Hotel and Uile-bheist Brewery & Distillery
8/10 Good
"Great room layout for our family and convenient to our Inverness plans. We especially enjoyed our tour of the distillery and sampling of the beers and whiskies. Overall, we’d recommend a stay"
"A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, unfortunately the level of service was poor, we stayed 3 nights and our room was not serviced despite leaving the sign on the door, seemed to be a lack of management leadership, staff didn't seem to know what they were supposed to be doing, no urgency even when no food at breakfast."
"Clean comfortable, Ideal for a short break. Great breakfast. Good food in restaurant.
Beauly well situated to explore Inverness, Nairn and surrounding area. Loved it."
"This is a beautiful old (historic) hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the building is old, it is well maintained. Very classic. They had an art exhibit in the lobby - really wonderful. I loved it! I would come back."
"Great castle stay. You can wander around the property and get a look at the other rooms of the castle. Free easy on-site parking. Staff was great. Little pub in the basement with walk-out garden seating to have a beverage. As with it being an old castle, it has and old charm and fun to explore. Bummed the ghost story person was t=not there for our stay - would have loved to hear. Recommended. Only potential issue, there is no lift and 3 floors potentially. Would stay again. Had breakfast here, was the only thing that was unremarkable."
