“Ein sehr schönes Hotel leider haben wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer ( exekutive Zimmer mit A2 Betten) bekommen sondern ein Zimmer mit ein Queen Bett , was sehr eng war! Die Rezeption hat uns gesagt dass wir das Geld zurück bekommen können (!!) Das Hotel liegt in einer ehemaligen Kurort in eine wunderschöne Waldstücken mit viele Wanderwege und Ausflug zum Loch Ness . Das Abendessen ist sehr bescheiden.”

“Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!”

“Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side.”

“The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not……

“The room was well appointed and the good and service in the restaurant excellent. The only feedback I have is the shower over the bath could be difficult for an older person to safely get in and out of and check in times are not always convenient for weary travellers..when we arrived at 3.40pm after travelling from Northumberland and absolutely needing the bathroom, the hosts made us wait 20 minutes before opening the door.”

“It would have been good to be aware of check in process in advance of arrival. The hotel wasn't signposted, so had to phone the number provided, where we were told to visit another hotel reception, where we be provided with our key and directed to our own hotel. While the room itself was relatively clean, there was no hot water either via the shower or sink. The TV only allowed you to caste via your phone.”
