「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. 「This is a large and Cabin in a natural habitat so those who want to stay here typically would have different standards than someone who wanted to stay in a tradition. I do both. For this type of experience I’m really enjoyed the atmosphere and the host and all the wildlife and hiking and peace so I highly enjoyed it and recommend it.」

Pool full of leave Sunday at 11:30 Am and mosquitoes- we ran back to our rooms. Beds are good Breakfast okay too much grease, not so healthy Negative Bathroom so so clean but not really hot shower it took 20 minutes and it was never really hot and we checked in late at night and I called front desk, they sent an useless maintenance man because I was 4 nights and it was...

「The property was nice but , no WiFi , swimming pool dirty, we paid to stay in a jacuzzi tub which was not working. Restaurant and bar closed at 8 pm really early. Getting to the property was complicated not enough info on the road and gps was taking us thru roads with dead ends. The property has so much potential and beauty .」
