Villa avec une vue exceptionnelle , très bien placée avec parking privé très appréciable en Italie. L hôte est très réactif et amical. Plusieurs beaux endroits à visiter à pied de la villa ( cala, grotte, plongée....). Cette côte est très belle avec beaucoup de visite à réaliser sans faire trop de voiture. Logement et entourage propre. Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans un cadre idyllique. L hôte a su réagir rapidement à quelques problèmes d intendance qui n ont pas perturbé notre séjour. Le lieu est très paisible sans voisin et permet de passer des moments agréables en tribu aux chants des cigales.

Le gîte est tout à fait conforme à la description : un environnement exceptionnel La maison est de tout confort et les espaces extérieurs très agréables pour vivre au milieu de la nature, avec vue sur la mer. La maison est très bien située pour visiter les environs. La communication avec les hôtes est très bonne. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour, fin avril

Terrassenidylle mit Meerblick

Der Garten war schön mit altem Baumbestand und viel Schatten. Der Blick zu nahen Meer. Verkehrsgünstige Lage zu den Steinstränden mit Traumbuchten. Gute Ausstattung. Außergewöhnliche Badarchitektur (Felscharakter). Alleinlage ohne Nachbarn. Trotz der Verbesserungsvorschläge hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Die Feuchtigkeit in den Zimmern im Untergeschoß. Schimmelflecken im Bad. Deckenputz rieselt vor Feuchtigkeit herunter im Schalzimmer das unter der Eingangsterrasse liegt. Geländer oberhalb des Pools sollte auf Absturzsicherung hin überprüft werden. Bodenbohlen sind teilweise durchgebrochen.

Un lieu de vacances exceptionnel !

La villa est parfaitement située pour visiter la région et profiter de la mer. Petite crique idyllique (un peu moins accessible quand la mer est forte) et déserte au pied de la maison. La vue est exceptionnelle et le jardin bien plus grand qu'en photo. La piscine est également très agréable. Quelques petits désagréments au niveau de l'évacuation des douches et de l'aération des pièces en souplesse mais rien de grave. L'agence en charge de la maison est très réactive et présente au moindre souci.

Le bonheur si je veux

Pour nous tout était parfait les différentes terrasses pour toutes les heures de la journée la localisation permet d’accéder aux plus beaux spots de la côte ouest et de l’est enfin pour nous c’était génial sauf si quelqu’un pouvait passer à mi-séjour pour nettoyer la jolie petite piscine et on se perd un peu avec tous les boutons Electrique extérieur /intérieur plus d’indications permettrait de ne pas tâtonner …. Mais enfin qu’El bonheur !!!

Ungenaue Beschreibung

Die Lage des Objektes (direkt an der Straße) und die Zimmer (im Keller mit nur sehr kleinen Fenstern) war nicht deutlich. Pool hatte nur die Größe eines Jakuzzibeckens. Die Umgebung und auch der Garten des Objektes waren sehr schön.
