「Our stay was great! Staff were friendly and the accommodations were as expected and had everything we needed. Just a heads up that payments aren't accepted over VRBO and they send a separate link to make the payment - at first I was hesitant because of the proliferation in scams in recent years here in the US, but they just can't process payments through VRBO. 「View is nice. Pool is nice. The apartment is pretty bare bones. Only sheets to cover yourself at night. Like 5 clothes hangers to share between all the rooms. 「The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. 「A clean, spacious 2 bedroom hotel suite. Loved that it was pet friendly, the air conditioning took time to get used to how to use it. Be careful before sleeping, because if you sleep with it on higher than need be, you may wake up with a cold (as we did).
