Room was clean large and great to have kitchen and laundry in the unit. The pool is small and not really a lounging area. Overall it was super loud, dogs barking, alarms going off and immediate area a little sketch

Comfortable and new apartment near Casco Viejo

Casco View apartment was a pleasant experience. New and well equipped, bright apartment. The pool area was great. The staff was great, special mention to Marcelo at the reception.

Overall great property. Loved the apartment, which was very modern and provided comfort. Great pool also. We had a few issues with checking in and keys, however, due to Marcelino’s (the doorman) help, consistent availability and strong sense of awareness he helped make the experience as smooth as possible and followed up with us.

Staff was nice, they responded quickly when I realized our coffee pot didnt work. The pool was very small and the pool area was just okay. The area around the apartments was quite rough, there's car alarms going on frequently. The street was very dirty and though the neighborhood appeared to be safe, it was not very nice for visitors. The apartment itself was clean, the pictures made it look much bigger than it actually was though. It was a comfortable bed. The kitchen was Truly bare Bones with just appliances and dish soap which was fine but you needed to go to the store immediately even for coffee

The view is spectacular you can see everything from either your patio or their roof top.Casco View is walking distance from all the dinning and nightlife. Staff and property are immaculate. Amazing experience with my family. We love Casco View.

The accomodation is an oasis in a very local area. It's only a short walk to the beautiful old town but it can feel dangerous in this area at night time. We just made sure we walked back to the apartment in daylight or caught at Uber if it was dark. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The pool area is beautiful and the front desk staff were exceptional.

Hard to say my feeling about this place. Marcelino, at the front desk, great and happy person. Great communicator. As far as the apartment, clean and would say new looking. First floor apartment so ants for the first 8days of my stay were coming in kitchen and even making their way into the bedroom. For a new place, not having plugs on the counter surprised me, had to request an extension cord, even that it only work for one item (coffeemaker) but not for the toaster. Shower does not drain properly. I was there for ten days, not once someone came in to clean, even after I asked if someone could come pick up garbage, no one came. Not sure if you get a place through Expedia that is the norme but not once someone came to clean.

The apartment is fantastic. It's modern, clean, equipped with everything... And it has big, panoramic windows that give you a great view of Panama City from the 10th floor. Some nice touches such as the free Panamanian chocolates and coffee and rum was very nice and appreciated after a long day travelling. However, you should be aware that this is situated within the El Chorillo neighborhood, which is considered one of the most unsafe. My airport taxi driver warned me to "be careful" when he dropped me off. That said, you're only a 5-minute walk from the Casco Viejo area which is very tourist safe, and I didn't experience anything to make me feel unsafe. I was there two days as a solo traveller. Minor complaints: The drains in the bathroom smelled funky, and I couldn't get the shower to produce anything except cold water. Despite these minor annoyances, I would still definitely book here again. Very, very cool apartment.
