「Good location; safe neighborhood; restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is nice, comfy, AC works great. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The roof top pool is nice. I was too busy to use it (and the exercise room) more than once but they were good. I would definitely recommend this property and would use it again. 」

The sunshade for the balcony glass door is broken and falls out of the brackets if you try to operate it. The bracket for the shower wand is also broken. The bathroom could use a bit more attention. The white furniture is starting to look "worn". Should probably go with different color than white for a rental. 」
