「No elevator was a bit of burden. We had big bags. Not a deal breaker. Also could haves used more Nickleback paraphernalia」

「Clean, comfortable room. Great staff. Loud kids playing in the hallway was disrespectful but that’s on parents, not staff.」

「I just needed a decent place, not luxury, to stay for a night. Canada Grey Motel filled the bill. The room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable enough, price was reasonable. You get a 50% off coupon for breakfast. Breakfast prices were reasonable to start with, so I have no complaints about my stay, and would stay again.」

「It was a very beautiful place to stay, very convenient, very clean very very nice people, breakfast was wonderful both days. The property was close to all of the attractions that I wanted to see all in all. I would stay there again next time, I’m in the area.」

「Nice variety at breakfast. Lack of furniture on the king room awkward. Would have been nice to have a sofa and coffee table for morning coffee. To remove dirty furniture is good, but not replacing it is just weird on the part of CanAlta. we paid full rate same as other guests who HAD furniture. Have stayed at CanAlta several locations and always had a fully furnished room on the past.」

「Old, dated building, some repairs left undone. Opening and locking door with key nearly impossible. Strong, musty smell from sink drain. Breakfast was toast and old looking boxes of cereal. Supplies in check in and confectionery area all looked very old and dusty.」

「We arrived very late so it took a few phone calls with the owner to get the key, but he gamely met us when we requested! Our room was absolutely awesome - full dino decor with glow in the dark stars on the ceilings. I mean, c'mon, who doesn't want that in Drumheller, the dino-capital of Alberta? I appreciated having a second bedroom. Everything was small but serviceable, and surprisingly quiet for a motel. A fun place to spend the night.」
