First the checkin means calling the people from pub counter to the checkin desk to give you the key. And there is no elevator at the hotel, handicapped or large suitcase people not suggest to go. For the wind change in the bathroom, it cannot be even more noisy. I booked with the most experience room category, however the bedroom is facing……

“超級正。酒店住了非常多野生袋鼠，牠們就在房間旁邊吃草，是很好的住宿體驗。房間高級潔淨，設備齊全，熱水充足，還有jacuzzi。酒店職員的電郵解釋詳盡，check in check out都很順利。”

“Good value and great location near Healesville Sanctuary. Gorgeous tree lined entrance to the property.”

“A fantastic place for camping with family and friends. Very clean and decent room and facilities, with outdoor grilling area. Strongly recommended!”

“Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.”

“Had a girls weekend away and the property was perfect. It was cosy and clean, the perfect stay. The view from the home was amazing and perfect to sit outside with a coffee in the morning and a wine in the afternoon.”
