"We had trouble with communication checking in with Radmilla. Part of it was my fault (I don't speak Serbian, and it is their country +it was a last minute booking for us). When I was face to face with Radmilla, her English was great. The apartment was fine, and spacious enough for 6 of us. Vela, who I believe works for Radmilla, was an absolute gem. "This was a lovely apartment but I couldn’t give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there. Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on!
