High-end vacation!

House is very nice. It's comfortable with nicely separated rooms with their own bathrooms and huge terrace. Pool is heated and very cozy. Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and there is a fantastic barbecue with charcoal provided by the host. Host was very pleasant and responsive. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. There were also playstation 3 with multiple games :) Enough towels and blankets, hairdryer, soap. Parking provided in the house with remotely controlled parking doors.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in deze villa! De villa was echt top: modern, heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het verwarmde zwembad was een groot pluspunt en we hebben er elke dag van genoten. De ligging is heerlijk rustig. Srečko, onze contactpersoon, was ontzettend vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. We zouden deze villa zonder twijfel aanraden en komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus. Der beheizte Poom wurde jeden Tag genutzt und das Ende Oktober. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Haus ist ein Geheimtipp!

Super toller Urlaub in einem extrem schönen Haus

Wir. 2 Erwachsene, waren Mitte September 2024 für 2 Wochen in dieser Villa Adria in Rasopasno. Wir waren schon sehr oft in Kroatien und hatten immer sehr schöne Fwerienhäuser. Die Villa Adria ist ein sehr schönes, neuwertiges Haus mit einer tollen Austattung. Alles war bei unserervAnkunft sauer und sehr gepflegt, es waren genügend Handtücher, Seifenspender in allen 3 Bädern vorhanden. Das Haus und die komplette Außenanlage ist extrem saube rund gepflegt. Der Pool wurde dank der Poolheizung auf 29 Grad geheizt und konnte damit auch Mitte September (es war recht kühl in diesem September zwischen 21-25 Grad) sehr gut genutzt werden. Die gesamte Kommunikation mit Janus Hunski und auch seinem Vater vor Ort war einfach und vollkommen unproblematisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine sehr schöne zeit. Wir können die Villa Adria uneinschränkt empfehlen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Super Ferienhaus und sehr hundefreundlich

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Ort, ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Raumeinteilung und Sauberkeit war perfekt und der Pool mit Außenanlage sehr schön gestaltet. Das Grundstück war komplett eingezäunt, so dass unsere beiden kleinen Hunde sich frei im Garten bewegen konnten. Ideal waren auch gleich die Spazierwege, die gleich ab dem Haus beginnen. Malinska war gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war von Herrn Hunski auch ganz toll, dass er uns angerufen hat, damit wir schon zeitiger ins Haus konnten. Der Empfang war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und über die Nachfrage und die Flasche haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great stay!

Wir waren mit einer großen Frauengruppe für eine Woche auf Krk und hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist toll und die Lage praktisch, um Tagesausflüge rund um die ganze Insel zu unternehmen. Janûs bzw sein Vater hat uns super freundlich empfangen und sogar angeboten mich am letzten Tag zu fahren, um mir das Taxi zu sparen. Klare Empfehlung!

Entspannte Urlaubstage

Wir hatten mit Hund einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Adria. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub so braucht. Der Garten ist äußerst gepflegt und der Pool ideal um ein bisschen zu schwimmen. Auch Herr Hunski war sehr bemüht beim Check-in alles zu zeigen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Brilliant service!

Wir waren als Großfamilie mit sieben Personen in Januš' Villa und hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen und Jannis war ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Alles war super sauber und der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort. Vielen Dank, Januš für die tolle Zeit! Bis bald hoffentlich wieder.

Fantastic Villa, great location

We stayed for 8 nights in late October and loved our time staying in Villa Adria in Rasopasno. This is described as a 5* villa and it doesn’t disappoint - it is very clean and modern with great facilities and a lovely pool, which was still heated even in late October. Thanks to the owner Januš and his father Ješko, who welcomed us to the villa, even though we arrived late on the Saturday evening. Fantastic location, easy to get to all parts of the wonderful and beautiful island of Krk. We would highly recommend Villa Adria as a perfect place to stay when in northern Croatia!

Brilliant service!

Villa Adria, September 2023

Die Villa Adria ist ein tolles Haus, alles vorhanden und genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben ist. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Janus verlief super freundlich und entspannt. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Laden fürs nötigste. Große Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Verschiedene Strände sind ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit entfernt. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub bevorzugt ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Brilliant service!

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus. Wir haben als Familie eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Auch wenn das Wetter in der Vorsaison sehr durchwachsen war, konnte man es sich innen sehr gemütlich machen. Toll ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Bad hat und die Küche großartig ausgestattet ist. Viel Platz vorhanden - auch mit mehreren Leuten. Vielen Dank Janus und Ines für den reibungslosen Aufenthalt und eure Mühen. Perfekte Gastgeber!!!

Tolles Haus

Wir waren zusammen mit einer weiteren Familie unterwegs - der Pool ist da natürlich super. Das Haus ist neu und die Ausstattung fantastisch (Induktionsherd etc.). Alle Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar; ein Restaurant ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und einige Supermärkte 3min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Das Haus ist TOP

Das Haus ist TOP, super ausgestattet, sauber, modern, grosszügig. Der beheizte Pool ist perfekt, die Kinder lieben es zu baden und den eigenen Pool zu haben. Die Buchung klappt einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Herr Hunski der „Hausherr“ ist extrem nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar wenn man etwas brauchen sollte. Wir fühlen uns im Villa Adria wie zu Hause und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.
