Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schöne Terrasse und das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Einzige negative, der Vermieter spricht kein Wort englisch oder deutsch und er zeigt bei der Anreise das Haus. Der Vermieter wohnt in anderem Haus auf dem Grundstücklässt, kein Problem)

Schlechteste Unterkunft aller Zeiten

An und für sich könnte es ein schönes Haus sein. fewo-direkt bietet es als Nichtraucherdomizil an. Leider ist es eine Räucherbude. Überall Aschenbecher und Rauchen wäre erlaubt laut Eigentümer. Zum Glück hat es nicht gestunken. Eine Beschwerde nach dem Urlaub wird von fewo-direkt einfach nicht bearbeitet, aber wenn der Vermieter daneben wohnt wird man bestimmt Stress machen damit man keine ruhige Minute mehr hat. Kein Verständnis von fewo-direkt dafür. Sauberkeit ist unter aller Sau. Es war nichts sauber, alles total voller Fett und Speiseresten der Vormieter. Vermutlich seit Jahren. Spinnweben haben da auch freie Bahn. Das Bett ist eine Katstrophe. Eine große Matratze und statt Lattenrost, der in der Mitte abgestützt wäre, ein alter Federnrost ohne Abstützung. Man rollt in die Mitte aufeinander zu. Wir haben uns dann mit vorhanden Decken beholfen um die Mitte etwas anzuheben. Auf Krk gibt es leider viele Stechmücken. Von daher wäre auch ein Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer von Vorteil. Wir sind total zerstochen. Und auch 6 Mann können in dieser Unterkunft niemals schlafen. Man hört durch die Decke absolut alles. Und Betten sind ja auch nicht vorhanden. Nur Sofas. Und das für 4 Mann? Hätte auch nicht gereicht. Fazit: Etwas Sauberkeit und es wäre schön gewesen, aber selbst für ein südliches Land war dies eine Katastrophe. Es wurde NICHTS gereinigt. An der Tür hängt ein Schild mit 4 Sternen. Das war vielleicht einmal, jetzt verdient es genau NULL Sterne. Viel Geld für eine absolute Enttäuschung.
